Project Manager — Talent Pipeline (Future Opportunities)

Role Overview
We are seeking Project Managers who excel at leading cross-functional teams, managing complex initiatives, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Candidates selected for our pipeline will be contacted as relevant projects arise.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through closeout

-Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
-Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business, technical, and operational stakeholders
-Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues

Facilitate project meetings, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder communications
-
Ensure project documentation, governance, and reporting meet client and regulatory expectations
-Partner with business analysts, change managers, and technical leads to drive successful outcomes
-Support resource planning, vendor coordination, and project financial tracking

Qualifications

Required
-Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information systems, engineering, or related field

-5+ years of project management experience, including leadership of cross-functional or enterprise-level initiatives

-Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)

-Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations

-Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills Experience using project management and collaboration tools.

Preferred

-Experience in regulated industries (utilities, financial services, government, energy)

-Prior consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities Professional certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent)

-Experience supporting digital transformation, modernization, or compliance-driven initiatives

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant — Talent Pipeline (Future Opportunities)

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultants who excel at guiding organizations through complex change. You will support or lead change initiatives, integrate OCM activities into project plans, and help clients adopt new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.

This is a future opportunity; selected candidates will be contacted as relevant projects arise.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned to project goals
-Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and readiness needs
-Design and deliver communication plans, training strategies, and engagement activities
-Partner with project managers, business analysts, and client leaders to integrate OCM into project delivery
-Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and training sessions to support adoption
-Monitor change effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance metrics
-Provide coaching to leaders and teams navigating organizational change

Qualifications

Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, psychology, communications, or related field
-3–7 years of experience in change management, transformation, or project-based consulting
-Strong understanding of OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)
-Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
-Ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities

Preferred
-Experience in regulated industries (utilities, financial services, government, energy)
-Prior consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities
-Prosci or similar change management certification
-Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms
